Before starting the Everest Base Camp Helicopter Tour there are some Safety precautions that every traveler should follow and keep in mind as well.

Self-preparation before the tour start
- Wear some warm clothes and keep a jacket and some necessary clothing items.
- If you take any kind of daily medicine don't forget to keep it to yourself.
- Take your gadgets with you such as a camera, smartphone, and extra power bank and if you like then take your GoPro for recording videos.
- If you want then pack some snacks and nuts.
- Keep some cash with you in case you need it.
The helicopter pilot will explain to you how to enter and exit the aircraft as well as any movement limits during the flight during a briefing before you take off. When your pilot was describing everything, you needed to pay closer attention. And only approach the helicopter when your pilot gives a clear signal and instruction.
Note: Never approach a helicopter from behind since the pilot is keeping the engine running during the landing phase, making it unsafe for you to do so.

Safety Precautions and Guidelines During the Flight
- Make sure you wear a seatbelt while flying.
- During the flight don't move unnecessarily.
- During flying aircraft, you cannot stand up or change your seat.
- Smoking is prohibited during the flight.
- Don't toss any objects or rubbish from above while you are in the air.
- Obey all directions given to you by your pilot.
- Tell your pilot if you feel uncomfortable while you are in the air.
- Carry your belongings in a secure manner.
