World Leading Destination

One of the most challenging aspects of the trek is dealing with the altitude. As you approach Base Camp, you'll be hiking at over 5,000 meters above sea level, and many people experience symptoms of altitude sickness such as headaches, nausea, and dizziness. It's important to take the necessary precautions, such as drinking plenty of water, resting when needed, and acclimatizing properly.
