We were very lucky to get Krishna Thapa for our Langtang valley trekking. He was very experienced and knowledgeable and was great about pointing out peaks and distinguishing flora and fauna. From Kyanjing Gompa we had an amazing day hike to the Tserko-Ri at 5033 meters. It felt hard to breathe in thin air after a long 5-hour walk to the top. From the top, the views are incredible of the Langtang mountains range.
We had a blast every night playing cards and hanging out with our best guides and porters! We had such a great time with him that we were lucky to have Ramesh as a porter for this trek, and he kept us smiling throughout the trek with his silly jokes.
