You can book a trip directly through our website or send us an email. We require you to pay 20% of the total package as a non-refundable deposit, and this reserves your spot. We accept credit cards and bank transfers for your convivence. The remainder of the payment can be processed after you arrive in Kathmandu.
Please go through our three simple steps to book the trek:
1. Choose your departure date
On our website, look for the “Cost and Date” section. There you will find two tabs for small group journeys and private journeys. Select the type of trip you are looking for, and then you will see the available dates. Select the year and month from the drop-down menu to check the dates.
For group journey: You can select any dates from the drop-down menu to join group tours.
For personal journey: You can click on the private journey section and fill out the form to request your preferred travel date.
2. Complete the online reservation form
After you have selected the dates you want to travel, please click on the BOOK NOW button. After clicking the button, it will take you to a form that you must complete.
3. Pay the deposit by Card or Wire transfer.
After completing the form, you are required to make a non-refundable deposit of 30% of your trip's total cost. You may pay with a credit card or wire transfer. Both mediums are safe and secure.
